If the product you purchased is defective (any manufacturing defects) and purchased within one year
then you might be able to RMA under limited warranty.
Please note that you will have to first talk to us to get an RMA number
before returning it.
If it is a standard product return (custom products can not be returned) then you will have to return it
within 30 days of purchase. Return merchandise can be send in original
